About The Job: Our delivery focused Supply Chain Coordinators are responsible for providing the highest possible level of service to our customers by ensuring all orders are fulfilled on time and are fully compliant with stated needs and agreed standards.  As a Supply Chain Coordinator, your duties will include:

  • Effectively managing relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Managing the order process through to delivery by expediting with suppliers/forwarders.
  • Ensuring correct paperwork and information is available, eg Country of Origin and MSDS.
  • Logistical coordination of the movement of goods worldwide.
  • Take appropriate corrective action against any PO discrepancies/variances.
  • Checking and efficiently processing operational invoices.  

About You: You may have previous relevant experience gained in a supply chain, logistics or expediting role or be a trainee with limited or different work experience.  You will learn quickly and enjoy working as part of a busy service and target driven team.  You will also have:

  • Intuitive interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to build effective collaborative working relationships.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately.
  • Customer focused problem solving skills.
  • Effective IT, time management and personal organisation skills.

Pay and Benefits:

  • A salary of £18,000 - £25,000, depending on experience
