Kitchen Manager
Our client currently has a full time vacancy for a Kitchen Manager to work within their busy pub / hotel kitchen in Llangrannog. The successful applicant will be assisting in all aspects of the preparation and delivery of food in a 5* award winning kitchen.
Candidate Requirements:
- Good understanding of kitchen / personal hygiene
- Works well under pressure
- Good communicator
(Previous experience preferred but not essential.)
Daily duties include managing the kitchen staff rota and ensuring the kitchen continues to meet with Health and Hygiene standards together with maintaining the relevant documentation.
Hours will be @ 40 per week paid at a competitive rate with 4 weeks paid holiday p.a.
