Salary - £20k (OTE £30k-£35K)

Rapid growth has enabled expansion in London, Bristol, Manchester, Glasgow, Houston and Amsterdam. We are now looking for an Internal Recruiter to join us in our Bristol office.

The Role

As an Internal Recruiter for G2V you will be responsible for sourcing and placing graduates and sales professionals into our Trainee Recruitment Consultant positions across our offices. The role will involve hunting for potential candidates through job boards, LinkedIn and other social media platforms. You will arrange and conduct telephone interviews and manage the process from start to finish. The majority of the role will be telephone based, but there will be some scope for face to face contact as you will act as the company liaison for careers fair and attend assessment centres.

The Candidate

• Ideal candidates will have some recruitment and cold calling experience and ideally will come from a sales background
• Strong education background (ideally degree educated)
• Outgoing and confident personality
• Driven and Ambitious
• Enjoy working to Targets
• Excellent communicator and engaging
• Experience sourcing and placing graduate level candidates but it is not essential
• Sales experience
