We are looking for an Administration Assistant for a local mortgage broker based in Hanley, Stoke on Trent.
The overall purpose of the Administration Assistant is to assist in the organisation of the office including filing, data entry, data protection, servicing telephone calls, diary organisation, liaising with customers both face-to-face & on the telephone and you may be required to work alone from time to time.
The number of hours required is 16 to 20 however additional hours may be required to cover maternity leave.
To apply for this position, you must have the following skills and experience:
- Previous experience within an administration role.
- Be computer literate and have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel.
- Have excellent communication skills.
- Be organised and reliable
- Work on own initiative and have a willingness to learn.
Some financial experience would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
