Field Sales Executive (OTE Up To ??35K Uncapped)
Field Based (covering Weston-super-Mare and the surrounding area)

As part of a very large privately owned company, our client supplies fast moving consumables throughout the world. They're currently on the lookout to recruit an additional Field Sales Executive to join their team.
Whether you're a graduate looking to get your foot on the career ladder, an established salesperson, an ambitious customer service professional or a tradesperson looking for a career change, you'll receive the support you need to succeed in your role.
You'll undertake a three week intensive training course, where you'll spend four days a week gaining in-depth product knowledge and one day shadowing one of our client's experienced salespeople.
What's more, you will have a mentor once your training is complete to further increase your expertise and help you to achieve your professional ambitions.
As a Field Sales Executive, you'll be responsible for developing existing territories and increasing market share, by selling the widest range of high quality consumable goods to the metal and construction industry.
Your work will be split 50/50 between existing business and new business, so you'll have plenty of opportunities to increase your account management skills.
Interested? To be considered, you must have a full valid driving licence and be a confident communicator with great prioritisation skills and an enthusiastic approach. You must also be results-driven and adaptable with a positive, 'can do' attitude.
The ideal Field Sales Executive will have previous sales experience, but this is by no means essential, as full training will be provided.
