Job Title: Operations Co-Ordinator

Location: Dunfermline

Salary: £20k Pro-Rata - 28 Hours per week over evenings and weekends

Job Role:

An exciting opportunity has become available at the company's Head Office for an Operations Co-ordinator to join their busy Sales Operations Team.

You will manage a specific geographic area and will have the following responsibilities:

• Liaising with and motivating a team of Promotional staff
• Co-ordinating diaries and route planning appointments for the sales team
• Reporting on sales performance and KPI's
• Qualifying and confirming sales appointments
• Being the first point of contact for customer enquiries into the business

To be successful you will need to have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent time-management and organisational skills
• Good IT skills, particularly with MS Office
• A professional approach
• Ideally you will have a minimum of two years' experience within a fast-paced office environment.
