Offering an escape from the daily grind, our client is a forward-thinking yoga and wellbeing studio that is on a mission to help people live healthier and happier lives. They are now looking for a Studio Manager to join their dedicated team. 

Nurturing a feeling of community is at the heart of everything our client does. They foster a welcoming culture of compassion, collaboration and support and you will play an integral role in maintaining this environment in their studio. 

As the Studio Manager, you will implement our client’s administration, operations and community building strategy. Above all, you will strive to deliver a world-class customer experience. 

Motivating your team, you will develop their skills and ensure that they provide an outstanding level of service to customers. You’ll maintain a highly enjoyable environment throughout all areas of the studio and ensure that all team members feel nurtured and supported. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Engaging with customers and receiving ongoing feedback on their experience 
- Managing the workshop calendar 
- Implementing and developing sales systems to increase customer acquisition and retention 
- Organising rotas and cover for staff absences 
- Managing subcontractors, including cleaners and maintenance professionals 
- Identifying ways to enhance existing processes 
- Performing a range of admin tasks 

Think you’d fit in with our client’s passionate team? To be considered, you will need: 

- Experience of managing a team 
- Strong IT skills, including MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint 
- A love of yoga and wellbeing 

As the Studio Manager, you will be an approachable and inspiring leader who is able to adapt to changing requirements. Customer-focused and enthusiastic, you will also be highly organised with great prioritisation skills. 

A degree (or equivalent) in a relevant discipline would be beneficial to your application. 

Our client’s studio is open Monday – Sunday, from early morning to late evening. As such, the successful candidate will be required to work some early starts, late finishes and weekends as part of their role.
