Supply Chain Manager EMEA (9 month FTC)

An innovative and forward thinking FMCG company is looking for a driven, dynamic and personable Supply Chain Manager on a maternity cover contract for their exciting growing business based in Berkshire. This is an all-encompassing role managing the end to end supply chain and leading a small team of analysts and coordinators using SAP.
Key Responsibilities:
* Managing the end-to-end supply chain from planning and purchasing through to OTIF delivery and in international markets.
* Leading and managing the EMEA supply chain and logistics team members.
* Forecasting and demand planning
* CPFR collaboration
* Supply planning with internal factories
* Cross functional country management and interface with sales/marketing, finance, operations etc
Key Skills:
* Degree Educated or equivalent
* A strong understanding of FMCG supply chain with at least 5 years+ FMCG supply chain experience
* Line management experience of direct teams and distributors
* International experience across EMEA/Global
* Experienced SAP user
* Highly computer literate - advanced excel
* Customer focused - experience of working collaboratively with key customers/suppliers
* Excellent communication and influencing to develop strong relationships internally and externally
* Able to prioritise and allocate time effectively
* Fluent in written and spoken English, knowledge of other Mandarin is an advantage
* Previous experience of working within a matrix organisation preferred
* Strong team player
* Highly organised and motivated
