Reporting to their Technical Services Manager, their Senior Metallurgist will manage the Technical Services Laboratory testing disciplines and resource. You will be responsible for the flow down of internal and external material and material process related requirements, whilst confirming compliance to testing regimes.

Delivering methodology to achieve consistent process capability and metallurgical product conformity, you will exploit opportunities to give the company a total business solution and be a key driver to maintain regulatory and customer acquired accreditations across all aerospace ‘special process’ and general engineering requirements.

They are looking for an individual who has previous experience as a technologist preferably within the aerospace industry and who can build and lead a ‘can-do’ team to deliver a world class leading performance.

Knowledge of AS9100, ISO17025 and Nadcap requirements preferred. Those who have a Degree / HN qualification in Materials related Engineering are highly desirable.
