Experienced receptionist required for a busy architect’s practice (maternity cover to commence in July 2017).

The main duties include directing calls and greeting visitors, setting up meeting rooms and general admin duties such as booking travel, typing and putting your organisational skills to good use as part of a support team within a 64 strong practice in Manchester City Centre.

Key skills and experience

  • Previous reception experience in a professional services setting essential. 
  • An excellent communicator with a calm, friendly and polite welcoming nature.
  • Highly organised with excellent Microsoft office skills.
  • Previous experience in a HR Admin support role and or as a QA Administrator would be advantageous.
