VETERINARY CUSTOMER CARE CO-ORDINATOR – FULL / PART TIME
LEEDS
Our animal practice in Leeds is looking for a Veterinary Customer Care Co-ordinator to join our established and friendly team.
The role will be 30-40 hours a week (working 4 days in the week and every other Saturday) By joining us you will be part of a team dedicated to providing a superb standard of client and animal care.
If you share our passion for delivering outstanding pet healthcare and great customer service then we would love to hear from you.
Our new colleague will have experience in high quality customer care with an excellent telephone manner and communication skills. You must be able to work under pressure and remain calm and be empathetic to the owners needs.
You will also promote our ethos of gold standard client care and patient clinical care. You must be passionate about the industry and will be compassionate about animal care, ideally holding previous experience in a similar environment.
