As a Receptionist/ Administration Assistant your duties will include (but are not limited to):
- Responding to both current and prospective enquiries either in person or by phone or email
- Responding to staff enquiries either in person or by email
- Updating notice boards, media screens and the website
- Ordering things on behalf of the company
- Providing cover for other administration team members when required
The successful Receptionists/ Administration Assistants will hold:
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Excellent eye for detail
- Customer friendly attitude
- Time management skills
- Sound awareness of health and safety policies
- Skills to work independently or as part of a team
