I am working with one of the largest FM maintenance providers in the UK, providing planned, preventative and reactive maintenance to some of the most respected organisations across the country.
I have worked with this organisation for the past 3 years and have placed a number of candidates at management level who are already reaping the benefits of working with this ever growing organisation and progressing with their career.
As a company they operate across a diverse cross section of the FM market and have long and secure contracts with some the UK's most recognised brands. You will be working in an environment which will give you a varied workload and ensure that no 2 days are the same.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
You will be working closely with the change manager to ensure that the company's communication strategy is effectively implemented across the multiple divisions.
You will ensure initiatives are successfully communicated to all employees using multiple mediums including intranet, social media, newsletters and emails.
This is a project based role in an internal communications team therefore you will need to source great stories and communicate the story quickly with minimum direction.
KEY SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE To be successful in this role you must be able to demonstrate;
- Degree in journalism, communications or marketing.
- A background in a project based lead communications role.
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills.
- Familiarity with multiple communication mediums.
Candidates with experience working in a Facilities Management, Construction or Engineering environment are highly desirable.
LOCATION
This role covers the UK however the majority of your time will be spent in the Bristol office. You may have experience as one of the following: Communications manager, Communications lead, Communications officer, Project communications, Internal communications.
