A niche property and construction consultancy have asked Girling Jones to procure a contract Building Surveyor for a role in their Bristol office.
You will have a variety of experience delivering surveys of all types, projects up toGBP2million (Under JCT Contract) and be confident working with clients at all levels. My client benefits from a number of established private and public sector relationships providing a stable pipeline of work. They work closely with clients to provide solutions across leisure, education and commercial build sectors.
Ideally, you will have experience gained from a consultancy in the south-west in a similar role.
