My client is a stylish, contemporary Spanish restaurant in Shepherd's Bush that's making waves in the industry - they are one step ahead of the game and are moving from strength to strength, making this the perfect time to join them as a Sous Chef. Serving authentic Spanish dishes made from 100% fresh produce, all from scratch, is what this company's heart is made of. As the Sous Chef you will help maintain the highest level of food standards in a high volume setting and developing an excellent team to do the same. You'll promote the company procedures and lead your team by example in following them. You will celebrate the cuisine and cook with passion.
