Our client is looking for an HR Administrator to join their small HR team.

They are the UK's leading specialist manufacturer of bespoke, premium, aluminium Doors, Windows and electronic roller Blinds. Established in 2002, they have grown rapidly, and now have offices in Dubai as well as manufacturing facility in North America.

The focus of the role is to assist the HR Manager & HR & Compliance Director in providing comprehensive HR support for the Company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a key point of contact for HR Admin related queries for the High Wycombe and Warrington Office and liaise with relevant parties to resolve them
• Administer HR related documentation such as preparing employment contracts, contract amendments, updating organisation charts and preparing ad hoc letters
• Ensure accurate and compliant filing and storage of employee and HR documentation
• Assist the HR Manager with handling the recruitment process from start to finish, working with Department Heads to create job specifications and liaise with recruitment professionals to fulfil these positions
• Administer the onboarding process with all new starters across the business
• Assist with administering the quarterly performance review process, ensuring records are kept, timelines are adhered to and any relevant data is collated
• Assist the HR Manager with any Employee Relations issues, including attending meetings, taking accurate meeting minutes and maintaining up-to-date knowledge of UK employment legislation
• Administer the Company absence management system to keep track of all annual leave, sickness, timekeeping etc.
• Ensure accurate training records are kept in accordance to ISO requirements and assist in coordinating any new training requirements
• Assist payroll to ensure relevant information is collated accurately for monthly payroll including new starters, leavers, salary amendments, overtime and any changes to employee benefits
• Ensure relevant HR databases are up to date, accurate and comply with legislation
• Develop and maintain appropriate systems as required
• Support special projects within the HR department and also across the business as and when required
• Any other support required by the HR Manager or HR & Compliance Director

The Ideal Candidate Will:

• Have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Be proficient in MS Office and Outlook
• Have meticulous attention to detail and accuracy levels
• Have excellent time management, organisation and prioritisation skills
• Be able to deal with difficult situations in an impartial manner with diplomacy and sensitivity
• Have a positive, proactive and helpful approach

Additional Requirements:

• Relevant previous experience in a similar role with a basic knowledge of HR is preferable
• Must have experience in administration in a busy environment including producing letters and maintaining comprehensive records
