Located at their offices in Teddington, UK, they now have a vacancy for a Marketing Executive to join their busy head office Marketing team.

The purpose of this role is to support the corporate marketing and public relations requirements to ensure that the company brand is promoted in a consistent manner and that marketing material is delivered professionally and to a high quality standard.

The role holder will be responsible for supporting the Marketing Manager in all marketing/Public Relations activity but specifically:

- Supporting day-to-day marketing communications (both internally and externally) to develop the brand, both in the UK and overseas

- Acting as the marketing business partner for market facing partnerships within the group, to support communications needs that promote their markets

- Supporting the creation of corporate and subsidiary publications, advertising, email campaigns and other marketing content

- Managing the internal staff newsletter - identifying themes, collating information, drafting content and organising layout in electronic template, as well as testing, distribution and monitoring of interest and feedback

- Assisting with new build of website areas

- Organising and attending exhibition events where required to assist with stand co-ordination and manning

- Liaising with the PR agency on media enquiries and keeping them informed of potential news stories

- Drafting press release content where required i.e. new staff appointments

- Managing the upload of marketing material (photographs, brochures, press releases) to various on-line libraries, intranet and social media sites

Requirements of all applicants include:
- A marketing qualification and a minimum of two years' experience in a marketing role.
- Adobe Creative Suite skills to include Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator
- Skilled in using a video editing tool such as Adobe Premier
- Basic Microsoft tools such as Word and Excel
- Ability to travel to subsidiary offices on an occasional basis

Salary will be commensurate with knowledge, skills and experience. Benefits include:
