Car Parts Advisor/Receptionist

Wrexham Tyres & Garage Services are seeking a highly motivated receptionist with experience in the retail of Car Parts and Accessories. You will be working within the Reception area of a fast-paced vehicle repair centre. You should be computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Access and Microsoft Excel. Previous experience in a garage is not a requirement, however experience in the retail of Car Parts would be preferred. Your duties will include: • Greeting customers in a professional manner. • Responding to customer enquiries via telephone and/or e-mail in a timely manner. • Maintaining a high degree of Customer Service at all times.
