Due to continued growth and success, our client has an excellent opportunity for a friendly, helpful, and enthusiastic person to join their team in Surbiton. The right person must be comfortable and effective when talking with a broad range of decision influencers and decision makers within an organization.

Job Requirements

• Responding to incoming enquiries by telephone, email, live chat, internet & social media.
• Advising customers on suitable solutions, from our large range of products.
• Following up enquiries and quotes, and maximising conversions into sales.

Skills Required

• A good knowledge of computer hardware & software
• Excellent people skills, and telephone/internet manner
• A high standard of spoken, typed & written English
• A high level of attention to detail

Key Points

• Location : our offices in Surbiton
• Hours : 9.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
• Holidays : 20 days per year + 8 bank holidays
