As the Sales Support Manager, you’ll provide a high quality service to one of ROI’s high profile clients, the Volkswagen Group. 

Specifically, you’ll help the VW Group to increase their B2B fleet sales by identifying new opportunities from email and telephone prospecting. 

Your other duties will involve: 

- Passionately promoting the VW brand 
- Demonstrating world-class customer service and building strong relationships 
- Booking appointments for the Field Sales Managers 
- Developing a robust sales pipeline of future opportunities 
- Managing a database for new and existing customers 

Interested? Whilst no experience is necessary, to be considered, you’ll need to be an excellent communicator who can engage with people at different levels. Great attention to detail is also key. 

As a Sales Support Manager, you’ll take pride in your work and will strive to complete all tasks to the best of your ability. Inquisitive and adaptable, you’ll also have a fantastic telephone manner. 

Whilst not essential, an interest in the automotive industry would be beneficial. Strong IT skills, including any experience of CRMs or database systems, would also be advantageous.
