Funding Claims Account Handler
KITS are looking to recruit a part time (20 hours per week) Funding Claims - Account Handler to join their Finance team. The role is predominantly administrative with an element of finance work. The successful candidate will require good Customer Management skills.
Key Responsibilities for the role of Funding Claims - Account Handler:-
- Briefing Employers about Funding Rules and how to access Funding Incentives
- Working closely with Employers regarding Levy funding and Co-Financing
- Assist with the Financial Claims aspects of Skills Funding Agency Contract
- Assist with the maintenance of the learner database in terms of “Individual Learner Record”.
- Registration/uploading of Learner Starts/Leavers
- Invoicing and Credit Control
The role is based in Brighouse and hours of work are 12.30pm to 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 11.30am to 3.30pm on Fridays (this may be negotiable).
