Conservation Architect
An exciting opportunity is on offer for a Conservation Architect to join an established practice of Architects and historic building consultants. This practice based in a rural area of Somerset, north of Glastonbury have extensive experience in conservation plus the repair of historic buildings.

As the Conservation Architect, you will find yourself working on your own and as part of a team. Working closely with clients to make sure you understand their project needs and deliver on time. Previous experience of running and project managing projects is expected.
Keeping within financial budgets and deadlines, producing detailed workings, drawings and specifications, specifying the nature and quality of materials required and preparing tender applications and presentations
The Candidate: Conservation Architect
RIBA, ideally conservation accredited or MA/MSc in Conservation
Good design and technical skills
Previous experience of running projects with support
You must have excellent presentation skills including 3D capability
A passion / interest in Conservation
Residential and mixed variety experience
Hold UK drivers license and car owner
