As well as being expert in complex infrastructure solutions, we also have a business software division specialising in the Microsoft Dynamics suite of applications and a Business Advisory Consultancy.
Our Head Office is located in Burgess Hill in Sussex with Midlands Offices in Solihull in Birmingham, with Service desk teams based across both sites. We employ just under 200 staff located around the country.
We hold a variety of Industry accreditations including ISO 20000, ISO 27001 and BS 25999, plus being an ‘Investor In People’.
The NOC IT Technical Support Analyst (Tier 1) Opportunity:
As a member of the Network Operations Centre, you will play a key role in the delivery of high quality technical support for the business and customers, whilst delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and a personalised service.
The role requires a 24/7 shift working basis - 2 days on 2 nights on and then 4 days off.
Candidate Profile - The successful candidate:
Technical Experience:
Exposure and previous experience in troubleshooting relevant, common technologies such as:
+ Microsoft Windows Operating Systems inc. Active Directory, Group Policy.
+ Virtualisation (e.g. VMWare, MS Hyper-V)
+ Enterprise Storage (e.g. Netapp, Dell EqualLogic)
+ Microsoft Exchange
+ Networking (basic configuration of firewalls, routers and switches)
+ Citrix (XenApp & XenDesktop)
