I am currently looking for a Stock Controller to work for a well-established friendly company in South
Bristol
Salary GBP20,000 - GBP24,000.
Hours of work are Monday - Friday 830am - 5.30pm
Free parking on site, you will receive fantastic support and training.

You will manage the company's inventory and support its sales processes by carrying out administrative and supporting warehouse activities at the company's head office.

Main Duties

`` Manage the purchasing and management of inventory within the required inventory parameters
`` Ensure all inventory management objectives are achieved to a high standard
`` Maintain harmonious working relationship with Suppliers
`` Oversee and assume responsibility for order processing
`` Maintain inventory receiving and movement protocols
`` Oversee and assume responsibility for stock takes and inventory reconciliation
`` Working with the Operations Assistant to plan and organise inventory, its locations, and maintaining stock standards to resalable standards
`` Supervise the maintenance of warehouses and ensure proper arrangement and presentation of inventory
`` Develop inventory control models that promote lower cost of sales, shorter lead times and reduced stock levels
`` Manage the Company's device maintenance contracts
`` Oversee and assume responsibility for all company stock locations

`` Ensure customer requests and orders are processed and concluded in a timely
manner to our customers' satisfaction
`` Handle customer service queries in a professional, timely, and courteous manner
`` All interactions (Including phone calls, emails, meetings, etc.) with potential or existing customers are to be recorded on the company ERP software
`` Carry out daily activities in line with the company's policies, procedures, and processes; updating appropriate records and performing appropriate transactions.
`` Ensure the complete and timely payment for goods and services by customers
`` Support field based sales and support staff in their role
Maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times
o Taking equal responsibility in identifying skill and knowledge shortcomings, and suggesting ways to address these shortcomings
o Taking equal responsibility in improving the company's processes
o Keeping management informed of any significant issues or changes in any areas in which you are working
