Contracts Manager

Excellent opportunity for an experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join a well-established company based in Sheffield!

Company

Founded in 1988, the company provides electrical services to the housing, industrial and commercial sector. We employ 28 personnel and we are based @ Jnc31 off M1.  The company has zero marketing budget due to repeat business they receive from their clientele. 

Due to continued growth the company is now looking to recruit an additional experienced Electrical Contracts Manager to join an expanding team with a diverse portfolio of existing and forthcoming contracts. This role reports to our Commercial Director.

Role and responsibilities will include but not limited to;

• Tendering projects from £2K to £1.5m
• Contract management labour and materials
• Monitoring of all costs, sales and stock on each contract
• Input into design
• Site meetings with clients
• Valued engineering of projects to secure improved margins
• Reporting to management team
• Valuations/invoicing in timely manner to client QS
• Ensuring payments are received on time
• Final accounting and retention claims
• End of project manuals

Candidate requirements

The successful candidate must have previous experience, as well as IT Literate, Self-motivated, Flexible, work well under pressure and ready for a fresh challenge.  Evidence of Electrical qualifications will be requested prior to interview.
