Chef de Partie

Hours: Any 5 days over 7, 45 hours per week

We are looking for a passionate Chef to join our fantastic kitchen brigade as a Chef de Partie. We are looking for someone with excellent craftsmanship and passion that wants to develop in an award winning hotel company.

About the role…

Working closely with the Restaurant to deliver and maintain our 1 AA Rosette quality, the CDP will contribute to the production of food items in accordance with instructions from the Head Chef and Sous Chef. It is vital to be knowledgeable about the day’s business, be familiar with the menu, ensure all dishes are prepared in a timely fashion and that all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the hotel standard, avoid unnecessary wastage and ensure compliance with H&S regulations.

Requirements

Candidates must have previous experience in a similar role preferably with an AA Rosette background, must be standards driven and detail orientated. You must have the ability to multi task and thrive under pressure, must be flexible with hours and have excellent communication skills. You will be either an experienced commis chef looking to progress in their first CDP role, or a current CDP from a similar background, looking to progress in a larger kitchen.
