Job Title: Sales Development Manager

Location: North West London

Salary: £23,000 Basic + £8,000 Bonus per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday: 9:00am - 6:00pm

The company is a leading independent mobile phone provider to UK business. The company represents the B2B market on behalf of the five major networks serving the SME and Corporate sectors. As a trusted support to business for more than 15 years the company has consistently delivered savings up to 60% on monthly bills to of their customers.

The company is now recruiting for an experienced Sales Development Manager to join their team!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with senior staff in both the Sales Team and the Sales Operations Team in order to develop sales strategies and set sales targets
  • Produce reports and recommendations of ways to increase and retain business base including a quarterly report for the Managing Director on ways to help increase productivity
  • Client relationship management and query resolution with on-going liaison with clients to secure loyal relations
  • Manage client accounts using the in house database system ensuring all records are accurate and up to date
  • Liaise and coordinate with suppliers and customers
  • Responsible for managing Consultants' pipelines, forecasts and targets following up on a daily basis and ensuring that Consultants are 100% focussed
  • Responsible for the training, coaching and development of the Consultants in order to improve performance
  • Analyse and report on sales figures monthly and propose suggestions on how to increase sales activity
  • Keep up to date on our products by attending internal training sessions where required and having regular meetings with the senior team of both the sales and marketing departments
  • Ensure the company is in compliance with the network requirements
  • Responsible for creating, sending and completing legal documentation
  • Responsible for the management of the migration process for clients
  • Manage the administration and implementation of fixed lines' products and services

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Experience within the Telecommunications industry
  • Network provisioning and billing analysis skills
  • Fixed line provisioning and implementation experience
  • Hosted PBX provisioning and implementation experience
  • Proven ability to lead and manage a team of Sales Consultants
  • Proven ability to produce management reports and statistics
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including an impeccable telephone manner
  • Proactive and self-motivated with a flexible working attitude
  • Outstanding attention to detail and proof reading skills
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
  • Extremely high finisher ensuring every project reaches completion within the SLA
  • Ability to coordinate multiple processes simultaneously
