Home-Based (with occasional travel to Exeter Head-Office) 
Circa £60,000 DOE

As part of accelerated growth planned for 2017, we are looking for a Senior .NET Software Developer to join our Development Team and build exciting new features for our cloud-based application tracking system currently used by over two thousand businesses across the UK. 

Although initially a very hands-on role, it is envisaged that this role will develop into a leadership position for the right person. 

As a Senior .NET Software Developer, you will: 

- Work in collaboration with other developers on the design, development and support of new functionality 
- Analyse technical specifications for new functionality with a view to architect solutions and scope the level of effort required 
- Provide input into requirements gathering and support pre-sales activities for bespoke projects 
- Offer key assistance to any critical or escalated customer support issues 
- Report on project progress and milestones in weekly development meetings with the Development Team and Product Manager 

Interested? If so, you will need: 

- 10+ years’ commercial full-stack application development experience 
- Experience in executing within a mature software development process 
- A proven track record of delivering projects to deadlines 
- Proficiency in .NET MVC, Entity Framework, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap and CSS 
- Experience using Visual Studio, SQL Server, JavaScript debugging and Solr 
- SVN source control experience 
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies 
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
