Premium Resourcing are actively searching for an experienced Ward Manager on behalf of our client, a specialist provider of mental health services to ensure patients receive a truly integrated and holistic approach to their treatment, regardless of complexity or severity.
They offer calming and recovery focused inpatient treatment for service users as well as day care and outpatient services. Personalised treatment programmes are delivered by their multidisciplinary team, specialising in the management and treatment of acute and complex mental health problems.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a ten bedded female complex care and rehabilitation ward for Dementia and Huntingtons patients. This hands on role will give you a great opportunity to develop your leadership skills within a close-knit team. You must be committed to providing first class care by using the strengths of the team around you, and ideally have experience of working with a similar client group.
You will need to be a registered nurse (RMN, RGN, LDN or RNLD). The successful candidate will have full responsibility of the day to day running of the ward including; rota management, attending ward rounds and adopting a collaborative approach with the wider MDT's.

Remuneration
• This is a full-time permanent position (22.5 hours as a Ward Manager and 15 hours as a RMHN)
• Basic salary GBP34,500
