Guest Services Manager: Leeds
Guest Services Manager required for large services company based in Leeds.
The Guest Services Manager will be responsible for managing and leading the Guest Services Team based at this company’s prestigious offices in Leeds.
As a vital member of the management team you will be responsible for the delivery of multiple services such as concierge, reception, security, meeting room and floor management, computer and telephone bookings.
You and your team will provide not only a welcoming employee and guest experience, but a professional and secure atmosphere.
The Role
- Responsible for the overall Guest Experience delivered by the Guest Services Team Liaising with other service line managers + wider FM team Responsible for providing all Guest Experience and Security related management information Managing team performance and implement best practice to ensure impeccable service Managing team rotas, holiday, sickness and training Responsible for all physical building security aspect Responsible for all computer based security systems and CCTV Plan and implement security procedures alongside client internal group security team. Responsible for communicating and escalating all customer and security impact Leading and managing security investigations
The Person
- The Guest Services Manager will need to demonstrate impeccable communication, line management + customer service skills. Your can-do attitude will see that encounters at every level, internal or external, are professional and positive. You will be expected to work from your own initiative + lead by example. YYou will have security and customer facing experience, including managing + will hold a Security Industry Authority (SIA) Licence.
