This primary school in Oldham is looking for a Year 1 teacher to take over from a member of staff who is retiring in July. Although the post starts in May the school are willing to wait for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Planning, preparing & delivering of the current National Curriculum.
• Providing engaging and interactive lessons.
• Overseeing support staff in the classroom.
• Communicating with parents and carers over pupils' progress.
• Assisting with extracurricular activities, such as trips, sporting events, clubs etc.

Requirements:

• NQT/ Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) Both will be considered
• Key Stage 1 experience
• Full enhanced DBS
• Proven ability to raise standards and attainment levels
• Availability for January 2017 for the whole academic year
