Our client is so much more than a provider of affordable homes. Everything that they do is to ensure a better future for their residents, their communities and their business.
Their Assisted Living schemes offer social interactions, enhanced estate management service and support to people as required. They are currently seeking an Assisted Living Coordinator to strengthen this offering.
Within this role your main responsibilities will include carrying out routine welfare checks, high quality housing and estate management services; reporting any repairs and informing the team leader of any improvements required to keep schemes fit for purpose. You will also be expected to assist residents in maintaining their tenancy and signposting and referring residents for support where tenancies are failing.
The successful candidate will have worked within a similar role previously and will have a good standard of general education. You will be computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook) and you will be a good communicator who can liaise effectively with people from varied backgrounds. You must have a full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes as well as being able to work flexibly and attend meetings out of hours.
Due to the nature of this role, any offers made will be subject to a DBS check.
Resident Positive - We will guarantee at least two tenants an interview based on them meeting the essential criteria.
The closing date for this role is Monday 24th April.
Interviews will be held on Wednesday 3rd May
