Our client offers a fantastic salary progression scheme which starts at £15,000 rising to £15,500 after 6 months experience then another rise to £17,000 after 24 months service. By working through their grading structure with the assistance of their award winning training you can earn up to £22,000.
What are they are looking for:
- The ability to communicate clearly and concisely both written, verbally, face to face and using the telephone
- Experience of using computers and programmes such as Outlook, Word and Excel is essential
- A calm and helpful approach to resolving customer's issues, concerns or problems
- Offering an excellent customer experience via a call centre route is essential, this will have been acquired over several years
The Customer Service department offers individuals a lively, fun, and dynamic environment in which to develop their career. To ensure you are an expert on all products and services, you'll go on a comprehensive induction programme and will be supported by your colleagues to help you succeed. You will participate in accredited training programmes, and, if you are not already, you will be given the opportunity to become a qualified insurance practitioner.
To be successful you need to be:
- Experienced in delivering excellent customer service within a call centre environment
- Enthusiastic and passionate about delivering great service
- Focused on delivery and ensuring that all questions are answered competently and all problems are resolved
- Polite and be able to demonstrate empathy towards a customer's situation when needed
- Self-motivated to achieve targets such as the numbers of emails and calls handled
- An excellent communicator and be able to demonstrate this both verbally and written
Their core business opening hours are; Monday to Friday - 08:00 to 19:00 and Saturday - 09:00 to 17:30. Therefore the ability to be flexible in working shifts is essential.
