APB is currently recruiting for 2 experienced New Homes Sales Negotiators to work for a prestigious Client in an attractive waterside housing development within Loughborough and Melton Mowbray.
The Role
A specialist in new homes and site sales.
The principal role is to ensure that the new development site is sold with maximum effect and professionalism.
Responsibilities will be for the day to day management of the New Homes Sales Office liaising with the Site Management and Sales Team to ensure the swift sale of all units as they are released.
Responsibility shall also include for managing the progression of sales through to exchange and completion.
There will be a requirement to manage a database of visitors and all interested parties and general promotion of the site.
The working days and hours are Thursday to Monday 10.00 a.m. to 5.00 p.m.
Skills Required
- Minimum 2 years' experience in residential sales
- Experience working on large/multi phased developments is desirable
- Track record of consistently achieving sales targets
- Detailed working knowledge and understanding of relevant industry legislation
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing.
