LOCATION: Earby, Lancashire
JOB TITLE: Skilled & Semi Skilled CNC Miller / CNC Operative
SALARY & BENEFITS: Competitive rates of pay + 40% shift allowance, 10% pension contribution, profit bonus & generous shift and overtime premiums
WORKING HOURS: Full Time - range of shifts

THE COMPANY: Our client located in Earby, Lancashire (UK) is principally a manufacturer of complex precision components, and sub-assemblies predominantly for the commercial aerospace market. They are a global company turning over GBP820m and a profit over GBP80m who are constantly growing so now seek Semi Skilled & Skilled CNC Miller / CNC Operatives to join their existing team.

THE ROLE: An exciting position has arisen to join this progressive company as a Skilled or Semi Skilled CNC Miller. Successful candidate's for the position will have the necessary experience setting and running CNC Milling machinery. For Semi Skilled you will just be responsible for running new & repeat work and also to maintain and enhance existing processes.

Key Responsibilities for the Skilled & Semi Skilled CNC Miller's role in Earby, Lancashire dependent on previous skills/experience will include:

- Set new and repeat work
- Run new and repeat work
- Maintain and enhance existing processes
- Programme and set machinery

THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate for the CNC Miller / CNC Operative post will need to be a motivated and driven individual who has relevant experience and is keen to work hard and maintain high quality at all times.

Key Experience/ Characteristics preferred for the C Skilled & Semi Skilled CNC Miller's role role in Earby. Lancashire :-

- Must be within commutable distance to Earby, Lancashire
- Previous experience is desirable but not essential
- Must be hard working and motivated person who takes pride within their work
