As a skilled content professional, you will be responsible for line managing, inspiring, and coaching the growing Content team and ensuring that their knowledge and skillset is continuously developed. As such, you will lead by example by owning the quality assurance process, providing feedback on content quality, and carrying out client work yourself to outline best practice.

You and your team of specialists will expertly research and source information to create content that reaches and appeals to as wide an audience as possible. To do this you will be adept at navigating the news and digital landscapes, appreciating trends and speaking to the right influencers to construct credible and newsworthy content. Following trends within SEO and content best practice will be key, whilst understanding proven methods in relation to keywords and Technical SEO.

Their Content Specialists create poignant, persuasive, fresh and relevant content that is fully tailored to meet the needs of the brand and target audience. They have learnt how to choose the optimum medium - be it a tongue-in-cheek media story, data journalism, a video, photography, graphic, blog post, product landing page - and you will be responsible for instilling confidence and skills in existing and brand new content techniques.

Digital know-how is non-negotiable. You will have a proven understanding of what works online. Meticulous attention to detail is a must have and expert knowledge of written and non-written content best practice goes without saying. You will be a trusted advisor to our clients and negotiate content strategies, direction, and explain what is and is not possible. You will contribute to Stheir growth and success by pitching to existing and prospective clients and represent the company and its content offering at events and conferences.

You'll have other specialist managers and units contributing to the success of your team. The project management team help to translate their client's objectives and our media and online relations team help to determine the best possible online promotion approach. Together as a client team you work towards improved KPIs such as online visibility, traffic, conversions, online coverage, social reach, and more.
