Incorporated in 1954, Secure Trust Bank is a well-established provider of quality banking solutions, including a range of lending solutions and savings products. They are now looking for a PMO Manager to join their rapidly-growing Change Team.
Secure Trust Bank’s customers are at the heart of everything they do, but they can’t achieve their customer-focused strategy without the right people in their team.
In this exciting role, you’ll have the chance to be part of something bigger and become an integral player in enhancing Secure Trust Bank’s operations.
As the PMO Manager, you’ll maintain and improve change management controls across the Secure Trust Bank Group.
In this important role, you’ll support the delivery of the company’s change agenda across programmes, projects and process improvements.
You’ll maintain controls and quality assurance activities around Secure Trust Bank’s change frameworks and ensure that the change management policy is adhered to.
Additionally, your duties will involve:
- Taking ownership of the resource management process
- Capturing the requirements of the business and forecasting future resource needs
- Maintaining financial controls and systems to record, monitor, forecast and budget project expenditure
- Reporting on the progress of programmes, projects and process improvements to stakeholders
- Assessing the impact of changes to business policies and FCA guidance
- Recommending updates to company procedures to maintain compliance with financial regulations
Interested? To be considered, you’ll need experience and knowledge of the following:
- Large programme or complex projects
- Resource management
- Financials, including budget tracking
- Change control
- Project methodology frameworks and project tracking tools
- Windows-based applications and MS Project
- Report writing
Confident and articulate, as the PMO Manager, you’ll be commercially astute with a strong focus on positive change. You’ll also be an excellent problem-solver who can effectively lead and inspire others.
