Manager Profile

We are looking for a passionate General Manager with exceptional standards & passion for fresh food to join this successful team and drive the business forward.

The right applicant will have previous experience of working within a fresh food concept, be passionate about food service and delivering a great drinks offer. You will know how to get the best out of your team through ongoing coaching and development, and have a drive to succeed. Strong commercial acumen will also be required so that opportunities can be identified to move the business forward. You will ideally be an experienced General Manager, and MUST have a history high volume fresh food sites and real ale.

You should be keen to be involved with local businesses and organisations to integrate into the local community and build on the existing regular clientele. 

But what defines you is your love of the little details, which is crucial to us as it's the details that turns a great pub into the best pub!
