Our client is a specialist in the development and roll out of a market leading eCommerce platform, for a broad range of clients and agencies. They are now looking for an Account / Project Manager to join their industry leading team on an 11 – 14 month contract, starting 1st August 2017.
This is the perfect role for a highly proactive project or account manager looking to develop their existing abilities with a rapidly growing company, working with high-end blue-chip clients and agencies alike.
As an Account / Project Manager, you will co-ordinate eCommerce projects and workloads for a variety of clients and agencies, ensuring they are completed on time, to budget and in-line with expectations.
You will liaise with clients and agencies directly and, in turn, deal directly with our client’s in-house operations and Technical/Development Teams to obtain the desired results for all parties.
Taking ownership of projects and workloads from inception through to completion, you will also provide ongoing support and account management as a whole for clients and agencies.
Your duties will include:
- Overall account management and customer service engagement
- Managing workloads and project roll outs end-to-end
- Ensuring workloads and projects run to strict time frames
- Directing the internal Technical/Development Team, relaying requirements precisely following defined company processes and plans
- UI and platform testing
To be considered for this position, you must have project management and/or account management experience.
Highly organised, as an Account / Project Manager, you must have an exceptional eye for detail and strong communication skills, as well as good customer service abilities. Solid problem solving skills are also key.
Although not essential, any eCommerce experience or a proven track record of working for an agency would be advantageous.
The right candidate should be adaptable to working to our client’s defined company processes and booking systems, working often to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and be experienced in handling clients and/or agencies with high level expectations.
