Office Manager / PA to Directors
Office Manager / Office Administrator / Senior Administrator
Office Manager / PA needed by our client, a successful and fun to work for IT consultancy, based in their trendy office in Bermondsey, London. They are listed in the Times fastest growing Technology Companies, 2015 and 2016 and won Sunday Times SME of the year award at the Scottish Business Awards.
They are looking for an Office Manager / Personal Assistant to provide support to the MD and the Leadership team of 4, with a variety of administrative, clerical and managerial tasks.
Role / Responsibilities:
- Acting as the point of contact between Executives and internal/external clients
- Receiving guests to the office
- Screening and directing phone calls and distributing correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Diary management and scheduling meetings and appointments
- Making travel arrangements
- Sourcing office supplies
- Producing reports, presentations and briefs
- Arranging and facilitating the induction of any new recruits
- Attending meetings and taking minutes
- Assisting with HR procedures and files
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office team, that all administration systems are updated and maintained accordingly
- Handling finance activities such as bookkeeping, invoicing, credit control and travel & expenses
- Providing administrative support with the Professional Service Automation tool (Kimble)
Experience / Skills:
- Proven working experience as a Personal Assistant
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
- PA diploma or certification would be considered an advantage
- Finance or accounting experience, ideally with Sage software
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organisational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Be an effective team player and have the ability to communicate clear and concise instructions
Salary: £25,000 - £27,500
