This is an opportunity to join a national cleaning company based in Wrexham. They have over 12 years' experience supplying specialist cleaning services to high-profile customers and has a reputation for the very best standard of kitchen ventilation system servicing and cleaning.

Customer Services is essential to the delivery of their many blue-chip contracts and they are seeking enthusiastic, passionate people to join their team. Accountability and ownership are crucial to their workplace as they strive to be the very best at what they offer their growing customer-base.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Creation of customer Compliance Reports and validation of standards from a Quality Assurance perspective
- Upload of accurate customer Post Clean Reports onto relevant customer portal
- Communicate customer work order allocation to customer sites & field teams through customer calls and electronic mail
- First point of call for inbound customer calls and queries
- Creation of Management weekly workflow documents and customer account administration.
- Creation and dissemination of weekly Field Team paperwork and completion of IQA process following field task completion
- Generation of customer/site specific PTW and RAMS when required
- Maintenance and management of customer portals
- Provide Office Supervisor with customer performance criteria for Company reporting purposes
- Liaison with suppliers and customer representatives reference follow-on works, queries, purchase orders and support services
- Interaction with customers / suppliers through telephone and electronic mail
- Presentation of data and information for customer meetings and ad-hoc requests both internally and externally
