Job Title: Energy Procurement Manager

Location: Lytham St Annes

Salary: £28,570 per annum plus excellent benefits

The company is looking to recruit an Energy Procurement Manager who has had exposure to managing flexible energy purchasing supply contracts. The successful candidate will assist in increasing value and providing an outstanding customer experience; whilst supporting the department in meeting the company's targets.

Key Requirements:

Sound product knowledge and technical ability on all aspects of energy trading, able to influence, give insight and inform team members and colleagues. The ability to manage meetings and confidently solve problems. A strong negotiator with excellent client management skills, planning and presentation skills. Any PPA, Self-Generation or European Procurement experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of energy procurement contracts, agreeing purchasing strategies and conducting of trades at the appropriate prices
• Able to discuss the energy markets in detail and explain why prices movements are occurring
• Building and maintaining relationships with energy suppliers
• Manage client relationships strategically to assist in developing and or delivering additional services
