V12 Retail Finance, a specialist retail finance provider with expertise in eFinance, is part of a larger, well-known and highly reputable banking group with a strong heritage. Due to continuous growth, they are now looking for a Collections Advisor to join them at their brand new premises in Cardiff. 

This is a brilliant opportunity for an ambitious customer service professional to build on their existing experience with a fast-paced, rapidly-growing company.

V12 Retail Finance will provide you with full training and direct support to ensure that you are fully equipped with all the knowledge and skills required to succeed in your role. 

As a Collections Advisor, you’ll be responsible for helping to resolve outstanding customer balances. 

Reporting to the Collections Manager, you’ll work as part of a team to meet daily, monthly and annually set targets. 

Providing excellent levels of service from day one to write-off stage, you’ll assess affordability and proactively negotiate a repayment plan with customers. 

Interested? To be considered, you must have: 

- Previous customer service experience 
- Knowledge of the Consumer Credit Act (CCA) and Data Protection Act (DPA) 
- A high level of IT literacy 

As a Collections Advisor, you must be a confident communicator with a proactive approach. You must also be able to work on your own initiative and effectively manage your workload. 

Previous collections experience would be beneficial.
