RedEye has an exciting opportunity for a UI Designer / Junior UI Designer to join the team based in London Blackfriars. You will be on a full time permanent contract and be offered a highly competitive salary.

We focus on improving clients’ online businesses through smart UI Design, Conversion Rate Optimisation, UX Research, Analytics, A/B Testing and Behavioural Email. We provide a full range of Conversion Rate Optimisation services so that our clients can discover what users are doing on their website, and why they are doing it.

Responsibilities of our UI Designer

- Work closely with our talented Conversion Rate Optimisation consultants, UX consultants, Solution Engineers and client accounts team to transform ideas into designs.

- Design and optimise user interfaces to help prove their effectiveness through A/B testing.

- Get involved in more extensive UCD projects, which will involve wireframing and prototyping for desktop, tablet and mobile.

- Work with high profile websites by making small page element change to redesign of a set of pages, depending on the brief and recommendations provided by the team.

- Help other designers in the team and guide them when required

- Work on multiple projects at the same time.

Experience needed to become our UI Designer

- Previous experience as a UI Designer (preferably in the agency environment) graduates with an interest in UI will also be considered.

- An excellent sense of visual and user interface design with strong Photoshop skills

- A passion for making user interfaces easy to use and more effective for online businesses

- Turn basic wireframes into great visual design

- Lots of creative ideas which you'll be able to clearly explain and rationalise

- An ability to work directly with clients and contribute to new business opportunities

- Strong attention to detail and an ability to work to deadlines.
