They are looking for a Sous Chef to assist the Head Chef in managing the whole kitchen operation from GP management to training and coaching the team. As Sous Chef in one of their busy restaurants you will need to be organised and able to command the same from your team.
The successful Sous Chef will have experience of a fresh food environment, having managed a volume site would be beneficial. Leading by example you must inspire your chefs with your passion and dedication for driving the business forward and delivering fantastic dishes which will keep customers coming back for more!
