Working for this Global Company based in their production kitchen in Feltham, they are recruiting for a Speciality Chef in Authentic Chinese Cuisine. Cooking and creating Chinese dishes to required standards and specifications in the production kitchen and also catering for International events around the Globe.

Chef, Chinese Speciality Role;

• Assist the Head Chef in menu design and development of Authentic Chinese and International dishes as per clients needs
• Quality of delivered product
• Adhere to menu specifications – weight, size, texture etc.
• Operational planning and handling procedures
• In charge of training and developing the team
• Deputise in the head chefs absence
• Food costings
• International travel for events – all expenses are paid for

Chef, Chinese Speciality Experience;

• Authentic knowledge and skills of Chinese and Asian Cuisine
• Excellent knowledge of all meat cuts and fish types
• Experience of nutrition and speciality diets such as; Gluten Free, Vegan, low fat
• Flexibility in work shifts and patterns
• HACCP knowledge
• Strong people management and communication skills
• Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
• Innovative and  passionate about food
• Ideally experience at Sous Chef level
