Recruitment Consultant

Recruitment Consultants are required for a top tier Agency supplying trades and labour recruitment to the Construction industry.

They are a recognised leader in their field with a strong brand name in the industry. They are now seeking the next generation of Consultants who will continue their dominance as they expand their presence in their Watford Head Office.

The Role:

You will be immersed in a fast paced 360 role that, while demanding, will offer you a chance to earn fantastic bonuses, with uncapped commission.

As a Consultant you will approach contractors calling companies and meeting with clients face to face within the UK offering their services. You will also be responsible for the selection of suitable candidates to fill those positions, ensuring good working relationships with both clients and candidates. Your organisational skills will also be required to ensure compliance and timely payments to those that are due to or have worked for them.

What you need:

You will be someone with outstanding communication skills, a perfect command of English and be a resilient individual. Good interpersonal skills and a desire to succeed are crucial to the role.
