LOCATION: Preston, Lancashire
JOB TITLE: Level 3 Nursery Manager
SALARY & BENEFITS: 19k+ per annum
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 35 hours per week - must be flexible
THE COMPANY: Our client is a successful award winning nursery based in Preston Lancashire with a reputation for quality care and education. They can cater for up to 24 children per day from the ages of between 2-4 years.
THE ROLE: The role of the Level 3 Nursery Manager will be to assist in the day to day running of the Nursery.
Key Responsibilities of a Level 3 Nursery Manager to include:-

THE CANDIDATE: The ideal candidate will have an NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in childcare, previous experience within a similar role, or experience within a supervisory or managerial capacity. You must have a thorough understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage and other regulatory requirements. Our client is looking for a highly motivated, experienced and reliable Level 3 Nursery Manager with a real enthusiasm for working with children and to further develop and manage the setting.

- Will hold a Level 3 NVQ qualification or equivalent in childcare
- Will ideally have previous experience working in a supervisory or managerial capacity.
- Will have a thorough understanding of EYFS and other regulatory requirements
