If you’re a methodical business analyst from a finance or banking background, this is a brilliant opportunity to facilitate the ongoing success of a progressive organisation. 

Incorporated in 1954, Secure Trust Bank is a well-established provider of quality banking solutions, including a range of lending solutions and savings products. They are now looking for a number of Business Analysts to join their team in Solihull.

As a Business Analyst, you will help to enhance Secure Trust Bank’s processes and act as an interface between the business, the IT function and third party providers. 

In this important role, you will facilitate and oversee workshops to identify and manage requirements and processes. You will map ‘As Is and To Be’ processes and perform gap analysis. 

Additionally, your duties will involve:

- Analysing and organising requirements 
- Ensuring that requirements and processes are sensible and fit for purpose 
- Supporting testing at all levels 
- Mentoring junior members of the Implementation Team 
- Liaising with the Change Management Team to ensure that governance is maintained 
- Actively contributing to the IT Team’s continuous service improvement initiatives 

To be considered, you will need:

- At least three years’ experience gained within the finance and/or banking industry 
- Previous business analysis experience 
- A track record of interacting with senior management 
- At a minimum, A Levels (or equivalent) 

As a Business Analyst, you will have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels. Positive, adaptable and solution-oriented, you’ll also be able to influence and challenge others.
