Our Client is looking to recruit a Hatchery Cleaning Supervisor to be based in Ower, Romsey.

The Hatchery Cleaning Supervisor duties will include:

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the hatchery management team in maintaining high levels of hygiene and biosecurity by ensuring that the hatchery and equipment are cleaned to a high standard.

They will be required to supervise and work with the cleaning team to ensure that work is completed to company standards, within given timescales.

Normal working hours for this role will be Monday to Saturday (5 shifts out of 6), 36 hours per week.

The key skills and experience required by the Hatchery Cleaning Supervisor:

The successful applicant must have good communication skills, be results driven and able to form good working relationships with colleagues.

They must also have a positive attitude to work, be reliable, able to work with minimal supervision and have the ability to motivate others.

Previous supervisory experience is essential. Previous experience in a cleaning or hygiene role and a first aid certificate is desirable, but not essential.

In return you will receive an hourly rate of £10.50 per hour.
